Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or it may be counted toward store credit 
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Returns

  • You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 2 week of delivery for a refund or exchange if we have the product in stock
  • Items must have all original tags and packaging.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of this policy and may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of access to our services/products
  • Permanent ban from future purchases
  • Legal action or debt collection to recover lost funds

    By completing a purchase, you agree to our Policy and understand that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstance without contacting us first
